96. Validity of service and of proceedings
No service shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of any defect in the name or description of a person in the list of partners or in the petition, summons, notice or other proceeding, provided that the Tribunal is satisfied that such service is in other respects sufficient; and no proceedings shall be invalidated by reason of any formal defect or irregularity; unless the Member before whom the objection is taken is of the opinion that substantial injustice has been caused by such defect or irregularity and that the injustice cannot be remedied by an order of Tribunal.
